Work Continues With ‘Winter Weather’ Almost Behind Us

The development of ConnectNorth Business Park continues through the Spring months with only minor weather delays. With many of the in-ground services, either close to completion or well underway, the layout of the Business Park is really starting to take shape. The latest aerial image, available below, clearly shows the roads as they take shape within the Park.

Within ConnectNorth Business Park the water mains continue to be installed throughout the Estate. Alongside this drainage works continue, focusing on the Northern side of the Business Park. Sewer reticulation works are now complete and a sewer bore is nearing completion, running under O’Herns Rd to connect to an existing manhole.

Road crossing conduits are complete throughout the Southern portion of ConnectNorth, with the majority of effort in the past few weeks having been concentrated on subgrade improvement works, which are continuing.
