ConnectNorth Business Park is taking shape, with significant progress made in recent weeks. This sees many of the in-ground works now being either complete or nearing completion.
Some of the items that have been addressed in recent weeks include:
• Sewer works – complete,
• Water & Gas Mains – complete in the southern part of the Park, nearing completion in the northern part of the Park,
• Stormwater – complete in the southern part of the Park, nearing completion in the northern part of the Park
Trenching, laying, surveying and backfilling of the electrical conduits has begun, progressing up Yale Drive and into Trafalgar Road.
Roads throughout the Park are also taking shape, as can be seen from the aerial image below. With respect to subgrade improvement, all of the southern parts of ConnectNorth Business Park are now complete and passed and work has started in the northern part of the Park. Further to this, the first layer of road pavement installation has also started. Already the majority of the southern part of the Park has been completed ready for the next layer. The northern part of the Park will commence shortly.
