Throughout the month of August, works have continued on ConnectNorth Business Park.
Ongoing Works
Sewer works are now effectively complete, with stormwater and water reticulation well under way.
Road boxing is also fully completed.
Delays
The Contractor has experienced some challenges on site due to the prevailing ground conditions, as a result, some delays are being faced against the original program dates.
Taking into account these challenges, we are working towards, with our Contractor, the revised completion date around the first quarter of 2019.
